The goal was to reimagine Coca-Cola’s sales reporting experience, making it more intuitive, interactive, and AI-powered. The redesigned dashboard integrates real-time data feeds, enabling sales representatives to access instant brand performance insights, pricing trends, and sales volume analytics across multiple locations.
At the core of the platform is Spark, a custom AI chatbot designed specifically for Coca-Cola sales teams. Spark delivers real-time data, surfaces key performance metrics, and provides predictive recommendations to help reps optimize their strategies and drive better business outcomes.
