Delta AODR Project Description

A complete redesign and replatform of Delta’s Agency On-Demand Reporting (AODR) system using Salesforce Lightning and custom development. The project included stakeholder and customer interviews, leveraging synthesized research insights to inform the new design. Through prototyping and user testing, we validated key workflows, ensuring an intuitive, data-driven experience that empowers both Delta sales representatives and airline agencies with enhanced reporting and performance insights.
