A complete redesign and replatform to reimagine Wabash’s digital experience, creating a seamless and scalable marketplace for parts and service sales. The project involved stakeholder and customer interviews, persona development, journey mapping, prototyping, and user testing to ensure an intuitive and efficient user experience. Built on Adobe Commerce Marketplace, the new platform integrates with existing ordering systems, accommodates complex pricing models, and streamlines dealer interactions for a more connected and optimized transportation ecosystem.
